Can I select my own Finishes
Yes. As a buyer off plan, you can select your finishes from our selected partners. The developer provides a budget for:
Flooring, kitchen and cupboards, certain appliances, internal paint, sanitary fittings, doors, and lighting.
If you go over the budget, it’s easy enough to top-up.
What transaction costs are not included?
Should you require a bond, costs associated with a loan are not included.
Transfer costs are not included.
Agents commission is however included in the price.
When do I need to pay?
The Deed of Sale will provide you with ample time to issue a guarantee from your bank to the conveyancers.
The payment will happen in one transaction as a lump sum when the buildings are completed. There are no progress payments for the client.
Is there a Body Corporate?
Yes. Sectional titles are required by law to have a management body that deals with common property, insurance and maintenance issues.
Owners are members of the BC who elect Trustees. The managing agent is then selected by the BC at the AGM.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We’ve designed the units with ample garden space to allow your pets to have an outside place to hang.
Can I grow my own garden?

When can we move in?
